Sean has over thirty years experience of strategic management and leadership in commercial, local government, financial, and higher educational roles. He has worked at board level as well as having extensive responsibility for resource management and managing, motivating and developing multidisciplinary teams. His remit included responsibility for a human resources function where he gained experience of mediation and grievance investigations.

In addition to providing consultancy mediation services, Sean also works in community mediation.

He has an MSc in Managing Change, an honours degree in Commerce and is a qualified accountant. He is an accredited mediator through the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents College, has trained through ACAS in internal workplace mediation and Bolton MBC in conflict management and mediation.
